KA Clinical is a small firm with a deliberately deep Specialist Team. When an engagement needs more hands — or a skillset we don’t carry in-house — we bring in senior associates: operators who work program to program, under our brand, on our paper.

- Data Management & Biostatistics — people who make databases lock on time and statistics survive review.
- Regulatory Affairs — submissions, agency interactions, strategy that anticipates the question.
- Quality — GCP & auditing — QMS builders, vendor auditors, inspection-readiness leads.
- CMC & Project Management — the manufacturing-and-timelines people who keep the science shippable.
