Shipping policy

Most of what we sell doesn't ship. Toolkits, templates and free resources are digital — you download them after checkout, and your account keeps the link so you can download them again later.

Physical items, meaning anything from The Breakroom, are made to order by our print partner and posted directly to you.

Where we ship

United States, Canada and Australia. Nowhere else yet.

What it costs

A flat rate per order, in US dollars:

• United States — $6.49
• Canada — $7.79
• Australia — $8.39

How long it takes

Everything is made when you order it, so there is a production step before anything is posted — usually a few business days, then transit time on top. A recent Canadian order was quoted five to seven days end to end. Australia takes longer.

Tax

Prices are shown in US dollars. Canadian orders are charged GST or HST at the rate for your province, applied to both the goods and the shipping. We do not charge tax on orders outside Canada.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong

Get in touch through our contact page and we will sort it out.

Addresses

Please check yours at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will need to charge postage again to resend it.
